The Club's Annual Volunteers Evening took place on Friday 4th May with more than 70 people in attendance.

Club Chairman Mark Seward opened the evening by welcoming everyone and thanking all of our volunteers for the valuable work they do throughout the year. This was followed by a two course meal.

After the meal, Club President Terry O'Brien highlighted three events, which illustrated the work of our volunteers at its best. The Folk Festival, which is a vital sources of income, involves 40+ volunteers. For the tour of the French Under 14 team from Seguran, a three day programme of events was arranged. And the Club successfully staged the Devon Under 15 Cup and Plate finals at five days notice.

The President then made presentations to 14 volunteers, who had made a noteable contributionduring the season or over a long period of time. The Clubman of the Year cup was presented to Colts manager Jason Allen, who has coached juniors and Colts for 14 years.
